Return Process

  Log in to your Loop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
